Kelly Pool Tracker ("the app") is operated by an independent developer for use by pool/billiards clubs and casual groups. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it's used.
Account and match data is used solely to run the app — tracking matches, calculating stats, and displaying club leaderboards and history. We don't sell, share, or use your data for advertising. There are no ads and no third-party trackers in the app.
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by the developer. Club owners can delete their club (soft-deleted for 7 days, then permanently removed). You can delete your account at any time: this immediately removes your email address, password and linked Google account while shared clubs, matches and statistics remain for other members — see How account deletion works.
The app is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect data from children under 13.
